Senior Transformation Programme Manager (

You will be pivotal in helping deliver improvements in cancer pathways across Cheshire and Merseyside. The work of the Alliance spans the whole cancer pathway including prevention, early diagnosis and support for those living with and beyond cancer. You will be responsible for providing senior leadership, overseeing and assuring an extensive range of projects, either delivered directly by the Alliance team, or through partners and lead providers. You will develop milestone plans and monitor risk and deliverables associated with the Alliance work plan, as well as seeking out new ventures and opportunities to go further on the key results areas outlined in planning guidance.


Performance Improvement Lead


You will be pivotal in helping deliver improvements in cancer performance across Cheshire and Merseyside. The focus of your role will be to identify, plan and implement targeted improvements to deliver the constitutional cancer wait times standards across Cheshire and Merseyside.   You will be responsible for developing an overarching cancer performance improvement plan for Cheshire and Merseyside and will act as the subject matter expert for cancer performance in Cheshire and Merseyside Cancer Alliance.  This will involve working closely with many providers, commissioners and regulators and improvements will require the ability to interrogate and interpret complex data sets and performance information.
